Rental IQ is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Sharegrid. The Service relies on data from Sharegrid notification emails and CSV exports but does not access the Sharegrid platform directly.

By connecting your email account, you authorize Rental IQ to access your email via IMAP in read-only mode. This access is used exclusively to:
Rental IQ only processes Sharegrid notification emails and does not read, scan, or store any other email content. Email credentials are encrypted with AES-256 and stored securely.
You may disconnect your email and delete your stored credentials at any time through the Rental IQ Settings page.
Rental IQ's use of email data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

You retain all ownership rights to the rental data you upload or import into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and analyze your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete your data or account.
All content, features, functionality, design, and intellectual property of the Service (excluding your data) are owned by Rental IQ and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Service is currently provided free of charge. If we introduce paid plans or features in the future, we will provide advance notice to existing users. We will not charge you without your explicit consent.

We are not responsible for the terms, availability, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of Sharegrid is governed by Sharegrid's own terms. Rental IQ processes data from Sharegrid notification emails and does not access the Sharegrid platform directly.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Analytics, calculations, and insights provided by the Service are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, tax, or professional advice. You should verify all analytics against your official records before making business decisions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RENTAL IQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to Rental IQ in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold Rental IQ harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion, all associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or the Service. We will provide notice when possible.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Queens County, New York.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rental IQ regarding the use of the Service.
